Terms & Conditions

The seller, Horse Power Kustoms Limited, does not place any kind of warranty on the vehicle being sold by them. All sales are as is, where is. As most of our vehicles are MOT exempt unless the vehicle has an MOT the vehicle is not sold as being roadworthy. The buyer agrees that He / She has examined the vehicle  / vehicle is as advertised and agrees to accept it in its present condition with all defects. Horse Power Kustoms Limited expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it in any liability in connection with the sale of this vehicle. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from Horse Power Kustoms Limited any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income, or any other incidental damages. The buyer agrees that the sale is final.

Due to the age of the vehicles no warranty can be given and no insurance is included in the sale. Any vehicle that is MOT Exempt unless it has an MOT is not sold as being roadworthy. Horse Power Kustoms Limited is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, freezing, or other causes, natural or unnatural.
