68 Convertible

Welcome! up for grabs is one of my own cars, I do really like the car but the likelihood of it being used often is slim and I've a 65 I need to build so wont get a chance to enjoy it so thought I'd offer it up as far better for it to be loved and appreciated and enjoyed than enjoyed here and not used.

Its certainly one of the best driving mustangs I've had, really is nice and easy to drive with a bit of power when you need it.

Anyway its a rather beautiful 1968 Ford Mustang J code finished in a custom electric blue with cream racing stripes. Every part on the car has been gone through with master cylinder, brake pads and callipers, brake booster, fuel tank, fuel lines, rear drums rebuilt, every bush on the vehicle, lower / upper control arms, front and rear shocks, radiator, belts, hoses, fuel pump, new Edelbrock performer intake and Holley carb and gaskets, Petronix ignition, fuel tank, alternator, fuel sender, new parchment interior, door cards, door handles, window cranks, brushed steel instrument cluster and trim carpet and roof. Custom stainless exhaust made on the car with quad tips sounds great.

As its a renovated survivor its quite unusual its original bar the bits I’ve replaced. I have also replaced the passenger and driver rear pans and quarters, front and rear valances, bumpers, NOS Pony.

Pony is a ford employee special order car and was equipped and retains the following options (some of them are rare):
